What is a mobile personal trainer?
A mobile personal trainer is the same principle as classic personal training, but instead of being based in a gym setting, the mobile trainer will travel to the you, wherever you choose to have your workouts. So if its before work, lunchbreak, after work or a day off in the weekend, then no worries because I travel to you.

First of all I take the hassle out of you needing to find the time travelling to your local gym. Waiting in traffic, and having to find a park or even stressing about finding a sitter for your kids. I travel to you so you can spend more of your time doing the things that make you happy.

The great thing about me as your personal trainer is that I'm willing to work on your schedule. I am open to working in the early mornings before you go to work. I can take you for a lunchtime session if that works better for you, or even as a way to unwind from a stressful day, an invigorating evening session.
